At HERZONE ACTIVEWEAR, we want you to absolutely love your pieces. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before purchasing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer returns for store credit on eligible full-priced items.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All tags and hygiene liners must remain attached
- Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, fake tan, washing powder, pet hair or marks
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
HERZONE ACTIVEWEAR reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN TIMEFRAME
All return requests for full-priced items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, items must be returned promptly. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a store credit via email in the form of a gift card.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to us.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items, promotional items and items purchased during sale periods (including launch promotions, Black Friday, Boxing Day and discount code promotions) are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise if you receive a faulty item.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear images of the fault
If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Items damaged through general wear and tear, incorrect care, misuse or accidental damage will not be considered faulty.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be changed, edited or cancelled.
Due to fast processing times, we are unable to adjust sizing, colours, shipping addresses or remove/add items after checkout.
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
